We only met in person once to go over a list of required documents (which I had to collect and send over to their office) and Harun and their team handled the rest of the process. Harun was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process over e-mail as well. My wife and I even moved cities after having submitted our petitions (from SD to LA - changing our USCIS field office).
