La Jolla Holistic Health

I suffer from PTSD and depression. My Doctor recommended that I learn to relax. I tried yoga, breathing exercises, nutrition, you name it!!! They all helped alittle but I just didn't get the results I wanted. A co-worker suggested I try Reiki, so I made an appointment with Gwen at La Jolla Holistic Health. Gwen was very warm, welcoming, upbeat and had a wonderful sense of humor, I immediately felt very comfortable.

I was skeptical at first, however in my case the results were felt immediately. I thought I would feel stupid and uncomfortable during the session but it was the exact opposite. I was comfortable, relaxed, felt a very warm glow throughout my body, I even fell asleep.

The night of my first visit, I fell into a sleep that was just like the sleep I had at her office. Now because I sleep so well, I feel my attitude is more positive in the day time. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Gwen. The best part of all is she comes to my house!
