        Overall

        CS Properties makes me feel like I am their only client. They look after my best interest. When I call, my phone call is answered and get my questions answered. Terri and her crew are extremely efficient. I would recommend her team to anyone.

        I rented a house in Allied Gardens from Terry at CS Property Management for 4 years and although the rent and deposit were a bit high they allowed me to make many tenant improvements to the very dated home and never bothered me while I was a tenant. It's my pleasure to have worked out any differences or flexibility when I needed with CS property management.
