This company is the worst property management company for my apartment. I pay $300/ month for HOA.
1/ My manager is Gina. She will response emails after a week or few weeks. You can't reach her because she will never pick up her phone. You can only leave her voice messages which she never calls you back.
2/There is no customer service line to call. You have no one to complain or talk to regard any issue.
3/ Their accounting department will tell you things differently. I called them three times and they confirmed that they received my check. However, reply to my email Patricia said they did not. Then, I replied back with my evidence.
4/ Their accounting department do not reply to customer's email with proper manner. They are rude while I always say Hi with name and thank you by the end of the email.
Let me tell your company that I pay my HOA fee on time. I do not owe any payment. I talk to your employee with proper manner and nicely. However, your company doesn't work properly for what we paid. If you do not take any actions regarding your customer service, I hope our community has a new and better property management company.

have Rats in my building call them and they gave me the run around! Serious Health issue Plus I'm an owner had to call Both City Code Complaince and County Health Dept! Hopefully we'll see results! strong possibility to dump these guys! there getting serious money out of our complex. I'm sure it will be no problem to replace them!
