my name is amanda. my sister and I went to look at a car that we saw online. it was exactly how is was described. but that wasn't what impressed me. the owner Elian Skaf was so amazing. he was so personable and he became a friend not just wanting to sell me a car.he is also a mechanic. he told me if ever you have a problem come to me. I can get parts cheaper. and he just was so real. he is so honest as well. and fair with prices. you will not be disappointed I promise you.. thank u for the best car and day ever Elian!

Well, where to begin...the car I came to see was described as being in "excellent" condition. This was not true:



The photos posted on craigslist were doctored to hide the fact that the button surfaces were peeling. That was the first sign of trouble. The car looked nicer before purchase than after--I think food coloring was used to hide some of the minor body damage. The rims were scratched--he must have switched the wheels when it was time to sell. I was told it had new tires only to find after purchase that I needed new tires. Imagine that...



I had the car examined by a mechanic and was told it was basically not driveable. Too many things wrong with it, and the transmission started going wonky immediately which the mechanic said looked like would involve costly repairs. The car did not exhibit these symptoms on a test drive which makes me wonder how he got it to temporarily work properly.



Superficially, the car looked OK, but it was a total mess under the hood. The dipstick was missing as well. I could not have felt more cheated.



Thankfully after some pressure to report this matter to pertinent agencies, he relented and let me come and get my old car as well as my money. This was done within the first 48 hours after purchase which is an option one can select in case of dissatisfaction. He just needed the restocking fee which he, of course, raised to its legal limit. On the paperwork he scratched out the suggested amount and wrote the maximum above. Had to gouge me one last time. Of course, he would have preferred if I had just wanted the car worked on or if I had chosen another car from his lot. Not bloody likely.



Really shady stuff going on here. Do not even THINK about getting a used vehicle here. I really think the BBB needs to hear about this one.

So upset with NGA. My husband and I bought a car from them. Two weeks after we bought it, we had to replace the entire transmission(thousands for dollars to replace!) We've had the car for about 6 months and it's been one problem after another. We took it in to get it appraised, and found out the car had been in two accidents and we had NO IDEA. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.
