        Uninformative = Loss of Business

        If you want to make a sale - letting the potential customer know WHAT you have to sell is important.

        If the customer does not know WHAT is available - it is important to OFFER all to choose from.

        I experienced BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE in this regard by the MANAGER (Penny). I will never order from this company again.
