        Totally mismanaged location Stay way from them!

        This is the second time in four visits that the credit was not working. I had 50 dollar gift card which I had purchased and wanted to purchase my Easter Ham with it. The would not do anything for me. They could have called and checked to make sure the gift cards were Valid. Now I have no dinner for Easter and no more money to go get something else. I requested a refund they would not give it to me. I called the California office which is a franchise (this is part of the Problem) I also called the East coast office and they said they could not do anything because it is a franchise. They do not care about their customers. I have not gotten a call back and it has been three days since I filed a complaint. I could not get a living person only an answering machine. Looks like I am having cold cuts for Easter Dinner because I will not have any ham. I am still trying to get a refund on my gift cards.

        We get our ham here every year for Easter!! Pleasant staff, excellent samples and always happy with our Honeybaked Ham!!!
