Tops Presents

I've gotten my hair done here several times and have never been disappointed! Looking for a great space with nice friendly people that know what they are doing!! I have long hair most want to chop it off or just cut more than I want, but not here... great service. Prices are competative with all other shops I have tried. My husband and son use them too... :-) We all seem to be happy with them. Hope this helps.
