Koach's Windows & Doors, Inc

I called Koach's Windows & Doors after being referred to them by Neuman Doors. Broken lock on "Neuman Doors". Vince, the owner of Koach's, asked me to email pictures.

Vince has Sergio Cosas (of Neuman Doors) come out for repair.

Sergio determines the doors are NOT Neuman.



Sergio agrees to come to the house. He searches all over for a name on either the main patio doors or the satellites,

They were not Neuman Doors.



I ask Sergio to remove the satellite door, and shake it till the lock mechanism comes out the slot, locking mechanism fell inside the door when I took off the mounting screws.



Sergio removes the door shakes out the missing piece.

I take the locking mechanism, do a slight modification to it, we remount it to the door, remount the door and everything works GREAT
