        Shin Toe Bul Yi proves that you cannot judge a book by its cover. The restaurant exterior is lackluster; for the longest time it had this Chick-N-Coop sign up (I believe its gone now). However, the food is amazing. Great flavors and good portions for a reasonable price. A+ for the Sunset.
