We have used Jump N Party's rentals for the last 5 years and each time has been 100% from the customer service of the office staff and the delivery drivers that have came out! They are very helpful and let you know what to expect step by step. No surprises and that's good because I don't like surprises! Extremely disappointed!!! As a business owner myself I'm very dissatisfied with jump n party. I recently placed an order with them, I had called to upgrade my order to a combo jumper, to find out my yard was not big enough. When I called them back to still if the standard jumper I had originally order was still available, it was but they were then still going to charge me a cancelation fee. This is ridiculous, I was still going to purchase from them! Because of this I will never order from them again & will tell all of my family, friends & colleagues, & other local businesses as well!
