Great service! The Drain Doctor was prompt and very helpful on all the options I could use to fix my plumbing problem...Very nice people and clean service.
Drain doctors came out on a Sunday to relight the pilot light on our water heater. While it did take longer than 45 minutes to get to us, we received 3 different calls from their service center letting us know exactly what was happening and when the service tech was on the way. The tech was very professional and explained what to do if it goes out again. It hasn't!
They installed a faucet for me. The worker was plumber was efficient, thorough and he clean up after completion of the job. I was very pleased.
I have been a Drain Doctor customer for going on four years now. I used to use a different service for my plumbing needs, however, their rates became astronomical. I would like to thank D Dr. for their quick respone to a sewer leak we had at a rental property. I spoke to a pleasant women on the phone that quoted me a fair price for the work , and she explained the process in detail..I will call again if needed.
