Foxchase Apartments-Office

If I could give this place negative stars, I would.



First of all, this place is not part of the Avalon communities anymore. They are now part of Kribeigl (sp?) Management Group.



Foxchase is sending us to collections since we never paid an outstanding bill upon move out, even though we never received any paper work from them. Since its 21 days after we moved out, we are not liable to pay for it and they are up a creek.



NEVER rent from Foxchase. If you do, you will pay an outrages amount for a crappy living space. Maintenance will take numerous days to come out and fix a hazard call. Secuirty never comes out when you call them. Neighbors never pick up their dogs poop, so it smells everywhere you go. You car gets washed even though you dont want it to, since the sprinklers are not correct...they are set to wash cars that sit on the street. The tree branches fall on numerous cars and balconies and they still dont trim them (they have received numerous letters from the City of San Jose to trim the trees). The pools are never cleaned. Neighbors dont follow the quiet hours (after 10pm), and they never do anything about it.



Overall, NEVER RENT from Foxchase. You want to live in a place that cares about their residents, not one that cares only about money. Don't say you weren't warn.
