Garden City RV Park

I've been here a year-and-a-half now. My job requires me to stay here in San Jose. I go home periodically but when I leave I feel my RV is secure. The immediate surrounding area is mostly industrial and not much to look at, but this is a small park and the management seems to know who belongs and who might be wondering through. Excluding bad weather, I cannot recall any day when I didn't see maintenance being done on the lawn and trees, and they have the thoughtfulness to put a basket of complementary fruit in the office. I don't usually use the park bathroom, but it is always clean. The management is professional and friendly; you can tell they strive to make this a respectable park. The barbecue restaurant at the front is an awesome touch! My monthly rent is reasonable. Wi-Fi is available but I don't use it, so I can't rate it. I always look forward to going home, but I am very comfortable here!

Very rude people!!! Just a simple telephone call was rude!! Gave them a shot in person, while pulling in to talk with them they were very rude!!

I contacted Garden City RV Park about Availability and weekly and monthly rates via email and their response was sorry but we do not accept RV's older than 15 yrs old. Mine is a 1978 and in near mint condition with most people that see it are amazed with the absolute wonderful condition it is in. It is not a wreck and has been very well maintained and for 35 years old still only has 69,000 miles on it. It has always been kept in a covered area. The inside has had many upgrades and remodeling. Age of a RV should not be a restriction but condition of an RV is the way restrictions should be handled. Beware if you have vintage as this place will not accept you no matter what condition your RV is in. If I told my best friend about this place I would say do use this place as they are just for those that have new RV's and discriminate against Retro vintage RV's

i found this place rather nice, the management was very helpful as i have never stayed at an rv park before. i would reccomend this park and would stay there again.

We found the trailer park rather nice....the recycling plant next door has a nice odor of trimmed tree branches....so refreshing after the auto pollution....



There is a distinct advantage to being in an industrial park when you are here working....the park goes to sleep early. :-)



We also found Peter very easy to work with....makes me wonder if the previous reviewer is a late night person.



My only reservation is it is a cash only park....unusual in the plastic card world.
