        Oh how I wish I read this review before I contracted with this HIGHLY unorganized company. I basically had the EXACT same experience with the Simmons organization and with Chuck. They are horrible!!! Their paperwork is bad, their communication is bad, their follow through is bad and when confronted they will outright lie about the status.
