New Century Kitchen & Bath

New Century has just completed our bathroom re-model and we love it!



We used them seven years ago to install the granite countertop and tile in our kitchen and were so impressed with the work we went back to them at the start of this project.

We had no idea that Jason now acted as general contractor and could do all the work start to finish.



We spent many hours in the showroom considering options; cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tiles and counter-top. Jason directed us to several major Bay Area showrooms to choose our counter-top slab material that was delivered to NCKB for fabrication and installation.



His on-site crew were extremely professional; laid down protective materials so as not to track dirt around our house, always courteous and their work is excellent. As in most projects, there is always some unexpected obstacle and Ping had good work around ideas that we would never have though of.



Jason was on hand via phone to check in and always called back immediately if we had questions along the way.



We are pleased with every aspect of the work and would not hesitate to use NCKB again (for our second bath when we have the budget) and would definitely recommend them to friends.

The new kitchen countertops are completed and it looks really impressive! We have had many compliments about the black surface "with the twinkles" (ie "Star Gazer" stone). The kitchen island slab went in yesterday and since it is in the middle of the kitchen, the first thing anybody sees is this large flat, black, shiny surface reflecting the light from the windows. Wow! Since the day we walked into your showroom, you have treated us with respect and professionalism and courtesy. You answered our questions and gave us advice before we ever became customers. And when we became clients, people we met in the showroom and hallways treated us the same way. The workers in our home showed the same respect; they kept our kitchen clean, minimized the dust, respected our schedules, and cleaned up after they left, both inside and outside the house. Their installation works were meticulous and accurate. When the original schedule was disrupted during the year-end holidays, we recognized its was not within New Century's control. While disappointed, we were ready to accept the delay. It was a truly humbling experience when informed New Century would work a holiday weekend to ensure we would have a kitchen available during this time. What more could we possibly ask for? We have already referred friends, family and clients to New Century and have every intention for continuing to do so. Thanks again for a most positive experience!

Wanted to let you know that the counters are gorgeous. Not for one minute did I doubt that they would be. I am so impressed with you and the New Century team.

The fabricators and installers are fantastic.

My job was so small as compared to most of your projects, but at all times, I was treated with the same VIP service and courtesy as a "big" customer.
