        Overall

        Fantastic amazing product! Courteous low pressure salesman and very supportive staff. I haven't had any problems yet. Works like a dream! No pet smells, and my sons asthma and allergies are gone!

        Terrible customer service!

        I called today to talk to someone in their office and I was rudely interrupted by the gentlemen that answer the phone. He then wouldn't answer my questions and hung up on me. I would not recommend this company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
