        Overall

        The sign at street is 95% obscured by shrubbery. There is no mention of Frazee on this sign -- Sherein-Williams only. The building has a large sign stating Paragon but no sign from Short street or driveway staying paints. Driving by on Tank Farm Rd you can see the Frazee sign but there is no entrance on that street. Manager said there was nothing he could do about it.
