Its too bad there is no option to give negative stars for this sham of an operation. Just giving them one is WAY too generous! I have been going to hell...I mean Lags for almost 6 months and I have yet to walk thru their doors and see the same physician twice. Their ability to take and keep accurate documentation on my history, care plan, correct medications, contact info, allergies, and everything else is just as horrifying and impossible to tolerate from one visit to the next. So far the doctors I've seen have been such a tremendous source of frustration, anger, and anxiety that I am forced to tears almost every time I have to sit thru their; "you are the brainless patient, and I am the all knowing doctor...I am a GOD so I will TELL you how your feeling" Routine. When I was prescribed medications, THREE SEPARATE TIMES, that were already known, reported and documented in my personal file to cause severe allergic reactions, I began to realize that it doesn't matter what I say...they don't listen. I have been personally attacked by Dr. Kincel, who insisted my pain was an "emotional manifestation" from being a "victim of domestic violence as a child." She came to this conclusion all without even briefing herself on my MRI or X-ray results. When she finally looked up my info, she backpedaled and tried to b.s. her way out of it with only MORE egomaniacal, self indulgent word vomit! She would ask me a question but would talk over me as I tried to answer. I left feeling victimized, belittled, helpless, hopeless and insignificant. Sure, the other docs I'd seen thus far made me feel like I wasn't being heard, but THIS particular "doctor" actually left me feeling in a way that I hadn't felt in YEARS. It was the single most depressing experience in my 20 years of attempting to receive serious treatment for a deeply personal experience that she had NO RIGHT to even talk about. DR. KINCEL IS THE WORST, MOST UNCARING DOC IVE EVER HAD THE BAD FORTUNE OF BEING PAWNED OFF ON! SHE IS A SADISTIC, EGOCENTRIC, INDIFFERENT, EMOTIONAL TERRORISTS WHO GIVES REAL DOCTORS A BAD REP. I would rather be cornholed by Sadam than see that soul sucking devil woman again!
