Regal Cinema - Edwards San Marcos Stadium 18

This is one of the rudest and worst serviced theaters I've ever attended. Each individual I spoke to was rude and not considerate. Never going back.

I Like This Place It's Better & Clean in The Men's Restroom & OFF Topic: at Mine in Escondido Men's Restroom Always Dirty I ignore Using it & Has Broken Toilets 2 of Them Broken The Stand Up 1's I Was There Yesderday & I Prefer This 1 & I gave My City 1 a Bad Review & I Contacted Regal of My Concern's & Just Contact Them if You Ever Have Proleams They Respond Back on E-Mails I Just Contacted Them Today Have a Great Weekend Regal Cinema's Staff.

other theatres provide a substantial discount (some 50% off admission,others free admission for the person pushing or assisting the wheelchair consumer)for those of us that are in wheelchairs.We can't enjoy the plush highback seating,we do NOT benefit from having a choice of where to view the films,mainly we are put in the far front of the room,removing the enjoyment of the new 3D films because they are made with the viewer to be in the stadium seating "style" NOT flat on the same level as the screen.Yet Regal's corporate office and the Edward's partners have NO comment as to why they do NOT at least offer a discounted fare for the facts.I get to pay the same high price with half of the benefits,Why? I only wish to show that while it is not the business's fault that I am in a wheelchair,they should at least understand that we do NOT take up any seats or desireable real estate inside the room.We still purchase condiments and tend to frequent the business's more often because we are limited somewhat in things we can or can't do.I pose the question to all walking consumers,If I owned a theatre and required you to bring your own seat,sit way up front in 1 row only would you be 100% content on paying the full price as everyone else?I will be posting to many ADA associates to be vocal and/or boycott Regal until they make the changes that would be fair to all of us involved.Marty, I love you Jennifer,Brooke,Blake.I will always fight for your rights and what is right through our Lord.
