Absolutely the best car buying experience. David Romero was the best. Nissan of San Marcos has done it again. We were able to choose a car online, look at it when we arrived, complete the purchase and drive away in two hours time.

We used our Costco program and Dave was assigned to us. He continued to assist us in the purchase of our vehicle and the dealership as a whole was a very pleasant buying experience. Happy with the new Pathfinder.

I took delivery of a used Audi from Nissan of San Marcos on 7/25/15. Kraig Stephens was intimately knowledgeable about German engineered vehicles and answered all of my questions. He had the car detailed to perfection. He got me through the Finance department quickly (with Chis), and that experience was unusually pleasant and low pressure based on my experiences with other dealerships. The negotiations on the car and on my trade all took place through e-mail (with Christian) and were hassle-free. It was easily the most pleasant purchase and delivery of a car I have ever experienced.

We went in to trade my vehicle in for something else. But we knew we wanted to get two cars. Brandon, our sales rep, was very helpful and patient. Once I knew I wanted the Murano, we brought up the second vehicle. It was very comfortable and easy going. Everything worked out and we have two, much needed,vehicles in the family again,thanks to the team at Nissan.

We took in our 2015 Pathfinder for an oil change and asked Mr Garcia about the possibility of upgrading this car to one with all the "bells and whistles" we wanted before but couldn't afford. He immediately introduced us to a demo with all our specs. Needless to say, we purchased this 2015 Pathfinder. Mr Garcia was an excellent salesperson and we thank him for his professionalism and time he extended us.

Thaddeus made mine and my son's car buying experience very enjoyable...This was my son's first time as a young adult to purchase a car and Thaddeus made it a whole lot less scary and much more enjoyable than I could have hoped for.
