Booking my holiday was made easy by the friendly booking staff and customer service teams from the minute i picked up the phone. The staff were knowledgeable about travel destinations and more than willing to put in a couple of extra minutes to find out what i really wanted from the holiday.Within a couple of hours of booking i had received my booking confirmation and all the travel documents, which really put me at ease and allowed me to think about what i was going to pack. 7 days before my holiday...

Did the Scenic Vietnam trip. Was very well organised. No problems whatsoever. Great tour leader. Very friendly, organised many additional activities and great local places to eat which were very good value. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The group consisted of 12 Australians, mainly middle aged couples.Included activities were great. Went on this trip not expecting much and came away with fabulous memories and experiences. I did feel that it was good value...

Exploretrip.com site is very user friendly; especially when booking multi-flight destinations. I'm hooked on this website. I use it everytime I book - great deals, and great service.

I cannot understand why Exploretrip.com has received negative feedback. I have completed two trips with them and a short break and on each occasion the tour leader and the trip was simply superb. I've done a Comfort tour of Vietnam, Comfort tour of Turkey and a Gallipoli short break. Each time I have travelled as part of a group of 6 friends, making up half the maximum group size of 12. Every trip was been extrememly well organised, no hitches from start to finish.

Great value for money I have recently used Exploretrip.com for the first time, having just returned from Torremolions.I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends. So good was the quality of service I received, I am currently booking my next trip with them.

The team at Exploretrip.com have been very helpfull ,there have been occasions when I have had to phone for help and always got a resolve.They are all polite and courteous.The website is user friendly and simple .I have booked lots of times with Exploretrip.com and rate them 1 of the best.I will continually recommend to all of my friends.

I have no complains about Exploretrip website itself, it is good website and offer very good price.I just use it often since price is little bit lower than the website I normally use. But yes, it's good website if I can recommend to others. You might have a luck and get very good price here as well.

I have been booking flights, hotels and transfers with Exploretrip.com for six years and they are always by far the cheapest. Their hotel reviews are always spot on and if i've ever needed to contact customer services their people are always so polite and helpful. I never book with anyone else cause if I look at other sites their prices are nearly twice as much as Exploretrip.I will continue to use Exploretrip for all my travel arrangements and will always recommend them to my friends and family.

If u are planning to make a trip i would strongly recommend you to book a ticket with exploretrip.com the reason for saying this is they served alot me and my family people while traveling.kevin from customer service was so helpful, prompt with responses and did what he said he was going to do.Next month we are having a business trip we are planning to finish it with exploretrip.com site only.....

Of all the travel agencies i came across exploretrip.com is the best travel agency reason for complementing the site is that my travel experience with them went smooth and safety every thing was done as they said my credit card was charged exactly as they informed and my travel budget for the trip worked out well with them.....
