Y & S Auto Body Shop

Very poor customer service. I was assisted by a guy named Jerry who was very pushy & persistent & made my experience there very disappointing. I did not feel at all like my business was appreciated. I was told I would be charged one amount for a visual inspection & was charged another amount once my car was towed in. As soon as the representative found out he would not be billing my insurance company, it was if though my business was not welcome. I was not at all satisfied with their service & I will never do business with them again!!

Y&S is overpriced, cares only about money, has no loyalty to repeat customers, has customer service only if you pay for it, and has unethical business practices as long as they can get away with it, Y&S should be avoided, go anywhere else. There are alrIeady complaints listed against Y&S with the Better Business Bureau and Board of Automotive Repairs in Sacramento. I wish I had never experienced doing business with Y&S. Caveat Emptor!
