RLG’s litigation practice mirrors the areas covered by our transactional practice. Due to its adversarial nature, litigation is both expensive and uncertain. Accordingly, we endeavor to resolve cases at the earliest opportunity, usually in mediation. Our transactional experience makes us particularly well-suited to understand the process from start to finish. We are keenly aware that there are times when only a final decision by a court will resolve a dispute, and are ready and capable to try cases through final judgment.
