Do not use Window Factory installers in San Rafael unless you can watch them work while they install your windows. I had whole house Pozzi (wood) installed in my living room and Simonton (vinyl) installed in the rest of my home. I did not realize installers did not seal or caulk around my second floor living room windows until the heavy rains poured into my living room ruining the wall and first floor wall underneath. Windows are exceptional. Installers are not.
