I emailed them last Friday (today is Thursday) asking if they could help me out. They said sure and asked what I needed help with. I replied and then never heard back from them. That's pretty unprofessional. I keep hearing great things about this business but I couldn't even get help? Doesn't make sense

I was locked out of my car at Cedar Point. The man got there Quik was very professional even offered to cut me a spare key so I would not have trouble again. He was a lifesaver did not want to have to drive back to Michigan

I bought a key fob off of Amazon & they were able to program it to my Chevy HHR for $25. It took them about 10 minutes. Very satisfied.

Unsafe locks

Hobbs Lock and Key sent out a man to change my house locks. After he left I found he had only re-keyed the old locks & the locks and door knobs of both doors fell apart. Not only did they not do the job asked for but left the house with no way to lock it and I had to be going out of town. I got some one else to install new door locks. When I called to let Hobbs know & get my money back for a job not done the owner was rude and tried to claim I deserved no refund due to not letting them come out & work on the locks again. Also claimed I had no right to a refund due to trusting an 75 year established company to have done the job correctly and hadn't followed after the employee to check his work. The owner eventually refunded less than half the cost for a job that was useless & took NO responsibility for anything. He also was not sorry in any way. Only rude. Think very carefully before trusting this company any longer. It is not the way it used to be.
