My family and I drove 8 hours to Cedar Point for a short vacation at the park. On the way there the steering began to shimmer while braking at high speeds which I assumed was due to warped front rotors. After arriving, I called Norcross Auto to see if they could get me in right away since we were only staying a couple of days. Since I was in a pinch he could have taken advantage of my situation and charged me more than necessary or he could have told me he would get to it when he got to it. But instead he told me he would get to it right away and he charged me a fair price that was actually at the lowest end of the estimate he gave me. Very honest and fair business, and the brakes were smooth as silk on the drive back! If I am ever in Sandusky again and need auto work done I would absolutely go back to them!
