the teachers the best I’ve ever experienced (in my 10 years of practicing), Mountain Yoga Sandy also offers Pilates & Barre classes, AND child care!
They try harder than any other studios I’ve tried to make personal wellness & living in your highest good available and enticing to everyone!
They work harder than any other studios I’ve experienced to give you maximum benefit each and every time you show up. They are so specific, kind, & loving with their words; helping your body and mind in ways I can’t even describe. They have changed my life for the better so many times already, and still continue to every time I practice.
