Very professional. They were on time and the tech really knew what he was talking about. He explained everything to me in great detail.

Very poor service....they showed up 4 hours after the scheduled appointment and offered no rationale. I told them I Have another company coming and had no further need from them.

Made an appt. 4 days in advance. 3 minutes before the scheduled appt. they called and said they were running behind and would be 1 1/2 hours late. Then I was informed there would be a service charge to give me an estimate...their website clearly says "free estimates". Misleading and false advertising and very unprofessional the way my time was abused. I have other things to do.

I've have heard nothing but bad things about this company. But gave them the benefit. made an appointment and they showed up 3hrs late with no call. They were here 5 minutes and told me that my timer was "shot". also my valves needed to be replaced. My system is only two years old. The estimate was close to $800. I called P & J Sprinkler Repair for a second opinion and their tech found that the circuit breaker was off to my timer. He turned it on and system worked just fine. It only cost me $85 and found out the timer was only 2yrs old with a 3yr warranty. So had I let them replace it they would have profited from the warranty. I will NEVER call them again. I'm a lifetime customer of P & J Sprinkler Repair and their Honesty.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!



Had two zones of my sprinkler system repaired on June 6th only to have it explode on June 29th that was coincidentally a Sunday.



They claim that they have 24 hour service but after speaking with Debbie at the office, the whole company was on a seminar in Tampa and repairs can't be done until Monday. No Exception or cooperation from Sprinkler Repair.



As you get on the website looking for a number, the chat requested information and stated that they would have someone contact me immediately, which is completely different from speaking with Debbie at the corporate office.



regardless, nothing is getting done and no response. Meanwhile I'm out of water until Monday because they failed to tell me that the irrigation valve was seized up and I had to turn the water off at the house. No water!!!



Bottom line, they are unprofessional and false advertise their claims of 24 hour service especially for their work that is under warranty.



Part 2 of this scenerio, They arrived on Monday with their GM JJ Morgan, son of owner, son of Debbie.......You get the point on a family operation. After discussion and showing JJ the repairs that were done by my plumber due to their lack of availability. (full repipe, replacement of a defective valve, and add of a gate valve) JJ agreed to reimburse me for the work and inconvenience. Low and behold, I get a call after placing a call inquiring about the check (1.5 weeks later) and Debbie and company decided that they would reimburse me only $85 even though they took the defective valve and installation with them. Debbie stated: That's what JJ and you agreed on (NO)...What we felt was fair.



The company talks out of both sides of their mouth and the Morgan Family is unethical. They have Sprinkler Repair throughout the state and all calls go to Sanford and are based out of Sanford.



Unethical, Unprofessional, Rude, and Unqualified, to perform any repairs. Check all reviews before scheduling this company. You're at your own risk.

Had entirely new irrigation system installed. Had problem installing electrical. They are not electricians and do not do things up to code. Used indoor low voltage wire for my outdoor pump. Do not use. If you do double check and make sure they are licensed. When i confronted the owner actually hung up on me.
