Groomed my poodle and german sheppard and did excellent job. Prices are awesome also and staff friendly.

I have a cocker spaniel that has been groomed there many times, they last time she was groomed there were a few things I didnt like, uncut spots of hair, face not done..etc. I still paid and gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned. Huge mistake.... this time her ears which I specifically asked not to be cut, were cut 2 different lengths, and she was totally shaved except for her skirt which was left long .When I complained about how she was cut I was told that this is how I asked for her to be cut and if I didn't like it perhaps I should find a different groomer! I am pretty sure that I didn't ask for her ears to be cut 2 different lengths or for her to receive a dog mullet---Still paid the 40 for a horrible job, that they tried to blame on me.
