He was wearing a gray beanie . Also a long sleeve gray sweater. He also was wearing black baggy type pants. He had a accomplice , a female Hispanic adult. She was observed sitting in the passenger seat. The subject was driving a four door Honda Civic with out a back car license plate. The potential customer was heard replying: " I'm not very comfortable with all you're questions , would you like me to call the police "? The response from the suspicious subject was : " Go head". The potential customer may have called the Costa Mesa Police. The suspicious subject was observed leaving the parking structure of the above mentioned address. He was observed driving a black four door Honda Civic with out a back car license plate. Lots of clothes were observed in the back seat of the black Honda Civic with out a back car license plate.
