Overall

These Sheriffs are doing a superb job. I do hope the excellent top investigators can inquire who is the male Hispanic adult observed loitering on the third floor parking structure of this location. Metro Point Stadium . Address: 901. S. Coast Dr. Costa Mesa Calif. 92626. The incident was observed on: Oct. 29, 2018. The approximate time frame of the observed incident was: From approximately : 10:00 P.M. to 10:22 P.M. This observed incident was on a Monday. Its unknown if the suspicious subject had any weapons or drugs? Lots of offensive language by the subject. Calif. Penal Code: 415. The suspicious subject might have had the motive and intent to do a robbery? He was observed loitering on the third floor parking structure. On the far north corner of the parking structure facing the wall. That faces Coast Drive. City of Costa Mesa Calif. This is the same parking structure floor level as the Metro Point Théâtre. The subject appears to be a male Hispanic adult. No visible facial hair. No visible tattoos. The subject may be approximately five ten inches tall. Possibly one hundred eighty pounds. He was wearing a gray beanie . Also a long sleeve gray sweater. He also was wearing black baggy type pants. He had a accomplice , a female Hispanic adult. She was observed sitting in the passenger seat. The subject was driving a four door Honda Civic with out a back car license plate. Its unknown how long the subject was laying in wait or loitering in the parking structure ? Calif. Penal Code: 647 ? The subject was observed driving up the driver's side door of a potential customer demanding questions . Such as follows: " Why are you here"? The customer asked: " Are you a employee"? The male Hispanic adult with the gray beanie was heard replying : " No". The suspicious subject then was observed driving to the north corner of the parking structure to loiter again. Then as potential customer appeared to getting out of personal car, the suspicious subject again drove up to the driver's side window and demanded of the potential customer what race he was . The potential customer was heard replying: " I'm not very comfortable with all you're questions , would you like me to call the police "? The response from the suspicious subject was : " Go head". The potential customer may have called the Costa Mesa Police. The suspicious subject was observed leaving the parking structure of the above mentioned address. He was observed driving a black four door Honda Civic with out a back car license plate. Lots of clothes were observed in the back seat of the black Honda Civic with out a back car license plate. The Costa Mesa Police arrived on the third floor of the parking structure at approximately : 10:22 P.M. As we know the crime of attempt is the attempted act to commit a crime. Yet is prevented by some one or something. Calif. Penal Code: 664? Very unusual and also very suspicious is not known. The shopping center normally has a foot security guard or security patrol. None were observed ? Its unknown if the parking structure has a state of the art security cameras? Its possible the lame duck and empty suite security guards were taking a knap or watching porn while on duty? The suspicious subject is still out standing. Its possible he may be from a violent street gang? Perhaps this would explain the gray long sleeve sweater. To cover his gang tattoos. Its unknown what the motive and intent was? Yet, it does appear to be very suspicious. No observed security? How long was the suspicious subject loitering on the third floor parking structure ? Why didn't the suspicious subject have a back car license plate? Will he come back? Is his intent to commit a crime? Does he have any weapons or drugs? I know these wonderful Sheriffs as professional as we know they are , will help and assist Costa Mesa Police , in the apprehension of the subject or suspect of : Attempt. Calif. Penal Code: 664. Before the suspect does criminalize some one innocent.
