Richard still has not finished my taxes after 6 months. I keep asking him what he's waiting for since I gave him everything he needed 4 months ago. Then he asked for more money a few days before Christmas. I told him that didn't seem right since I'd already paid him up front. He's never given me a bill even though he claims my trust account is "negative". Then he stopped returning my phone calls. Now the IRS has given me a bill because of the little work he did do on my file, retroactivating my LLC. So now I'm out an extra $1,200. Now he's telling me it's my fault that he's not finished with my file. I asked for my money back. And all of a sudden he starts working on my file. At this point I don't want him working on my file. I'm scared I'll owe the government more money.
