Coastal Hideaways

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sunset Serenity this past winter and will be returning next winter. The home was well appointed and clean. Melissa and the staff at Coastal Hideaways were pleasant and helpful.

Island View Hideaway was a beautiful home with every amenity you could want or need. The staff at Coastal Hideaways were always professional and flexible to meet my needs. Our stay was one of those special and magical vacations. Perfect in every way.

My husband and me have been traveling from Scotland for the last eight years to Santa Barbara and have used Coastal Hideaways six times using five different rental homes from Melisa . The service we have received on these visits has been first class . No problems with money . All house well equipped and if I required something with in 24 hours I received what ever I might need . We have stayed sometimes 10 weeks and up to six months . Reading some of the reviews.......maybe some one has it in for this company ? Simply the best for us .

We have stayed at Getaway Cottage for the last four years and it's always been a wonderful experience. Melissa and her crew have been exceptionally responsive to any issues that have arisen. Always a pleasure and we're set up for next winter already.

Just returned from our vacation in Santa Barbara. We rented a place from Coastal Hideaway. I am very pleased to say that the condo we stayed in was beautiful. It was clean and close to all amenities. The customer service offered by Melissa Pearson was exceptional. This vacation was one of our best yet. I would definitely return to Santa Barbara and rent from them again.

Downtown Delight and Island View Hideaway were both great places to stay when visiting SB. The downtown delight is perfectly located for enjoying SB restaurants and shopping etc. The Island View Hideaway is much further away and quiet, but with spectacular view and an excellent place to "get away". The costal hideaway staff ladies are awesome. Very helpful always.

We stayed at Happy Canyon retreat for a week in late Dec/early Jan. It was a great condo for our visit to Santa Barbara. The bedrooms, baths, full kitchen, and living room were all large and well-equipped. The rooms face onto a nice private courtyard. The unit and the develop ment were quiet. We enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub; there are two pools just steps away from the unit. When we had one question about maintenance, they sent someone over promptly to help. We appreciated the good communication when we were running late for check in due to holiday traffic. They waited for us at the rental office, even on a Fri evening.

We had occasion to utilize a vacation rental in Santa Barbara while attending our sons wedding. It was a great location with all the amenities we could ask for. Your greeting was especially appreciated the special surprise we received on arrival. We will be recommending coastal hideaways to all. We look for to using your services in the future

We had a wonderful Jan & Feb this year at this beautiful house. The location is perfect. The amenities were complete. The service from Coastal Hideaways was a perfect combination of responsiveness when needed and privacy respected. Thank you for a grand stay. We look forward to working with you again.

We stayed all summer at two Coastal Hideaways properties and were completely satisfied with the excellent service by their management and staff. All questions were answered promptly and the units were clean and efficient. Melissa and Tracy took care of every need in a very professional manner. This is our second year working with them and we intend to use their services again in the future.

Coastal Hideaways was very supportive and very professional in our vacation rental thru them last summer. Their rental property information was most helpful as was their preparation of the property prior to our arrival. The staff was pleasant to work with. We noted the Le Creuset bakeware, high end kitchen appliances, plush robes from the Elizabeth Arden spa, the widescreen TV which was discreetly tucked away, the fast wireless internet service, extra thick towels in the bathroom and even the little ceramic deer hidden in the living room plant. We look forward to using you again for our next trip!

Great location with views of the ocean from patio. Everything was great and the staff responded immediately to the few needs we had. Could not ask for more.

Have been a repeat customer with Coastal Hideaways over the past three years. The homes were well stocked and beautifully maintained. This company has been around for close to 18 years and was one of the first vacation rental companies in Santa Barbara. Melissa is knowledgeable and equally concerned for her guests and homeowners. I would recommend this company to anyone for a variety of types and sizes of homes and for personal care. Having dealt with property management over many years, I am very aware of the problems that inconsiderate guests will cause and outlandish lengths they will go to justify their supposed damages.

We enjoyed a fabulous mini-vacation at one of Coastal Hideaways properties. It really was just a few minutes from downtown, and we were able to walk to restaurants and to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!
