        Overall

        The owner of this uhaul franchise is a LIAR and a THIEF! He makes extra money by adding bogus charges to your bill, and conveniently waits until the next day to check you in, thus charging you and extra day. My credit card refunded the bogus amount, so beware of this arrogant, rude dude! Even when there is video proof of me returning the key, he won't show it, because it will prove he is a LIAR and a THIEF!
