Day & Nite Forklift

Just this morning, 9/30 around 9:30 a.m. hv called up their office to refer somebody who is in need of forklift repair and and was able to speak with Louie. Hv explained to him the urgency and he promised that he will call the company right away . I tried calling Louie again after 30 mins and asked him why is he still not calling the company I referred to him and he said it needs to wait if they can not wait he said try to look for someone else! Wow, with that attitude you will be losing customers. I will not be referring you anymore and I believe I need to stop using you too!!!! You just lost 2 customers Day & Nite Forklift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
