Hornburg Land Rover Santa Monica

If I could give them a zero, I would. For a dealership that services high end vehicles, they are pompous and downright rude. If I could go back in time, I would have purchased by vehicle through South Bay Land Rover but now I'm stuck dealing with leftover issues with Hornburg. I mean, who incorrectly installs a front license plate holder so that it blocks your entire front bumper sensor system!! And they're pushing back on replacing it. I've learned my lesson and will be paying the consequences for some time now.

Great service. Needed help with my Bluetooth module, they fixed right away. Great service. I thought it would take a long time and cost a lot. I was wrong, they fixed it in less than a half an hour and the charge was minimal

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!! .......JAGUAR IS NOT A CHEAP CAR TO BE GETTING SUCH CHEAP SERVICE.......I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER ONE AGAIN ....
