        The store management forgot

        Santa Rosa displays: Sullen employees, poor service, miserable merchandizing in an unfriendly, cavernous space. It appears to be the store that marketing forgot. What a disaster. Chronically understaffed by people who don't have time to help customers. The direct opposite of the Mt. View store which always is helpful with customer's questions, Santa Rosa doesn’t even seem like the same chain.
