        DONT SHOP HERE! These guys are...

        DONT SHOP HERE! These guys are a JOKE! Called in advance. They confirmed part I was looking for. Drove over 2 1/2 hours. After they install the brackets, they discover they have the wrong part. Obviously their own sales people don't know what they are selling or the difference in truck styles. They offered to waive the installation fee of $65. RIDICULOUS! Took them over an hour to figure out the problem, cost double that to drive twice to santa rosa, and all they could say was SORRY you live so far away! Pick a different company who has actual knowledge of what they are selling, Their customer service is PATHETIC!

        Sorry there was trouble with the order. We do our best to find the correct part for every customers vehicle and do make mistakes as most people do. We offered to waive the entire install charge of $65 meaning we would do the install for free, perhaps not as much as it cost you in wasted time but a nice offer none the less. We have been a local supplier of Truck Accessories since 1970 and do try our best.
