Site for Sore Eyes - Montgomery Village

I called to ask if I could use the Living Social voucher (for 2 pairs of glasses) to get one pair for myself and one for my wife. The manager, Felix, said yes. On that basis I purchased a voucher. When I went to the store with the voucher, he said he did not remember the conversation and no, I could not use the voucher that way. Living Social is refunding my money and filing a complaint with Site for Sore Eyes. I wanted to rate it no stars; but the website apparently doesn't allow that. I give them a negative rating for customer service.
