I interviewed Rafaela and another stager and viewed homes staged by each of them. When I saw the house Rafaela had staged in Oakmont I knew I wanted her to do my job.



As soon as Rafaela walked into the house, she "got it " and had a vision for the entire house. Her vision worked and I got an offer within two weeks. Her furniture and accessories are top notch and her staged houses look like model homes.

Finding Staged Right was an adventure in itself. We interviewed and investigated jobs by five of the highest-rated stagers in the area. For various reasons, none of the stagers gave us confidence that they could improve the house and make it as saleable as it could be. Finally we found a home in Oakmont staged by Staged Right. It showed the sense of class that was lacking in the other designers’ jobs. Some of the better designers we saw produced a house that tried to give the impression of someone living there — by displaying fake drinks and fake food, etc.. Staged Right’s work consistently made you feel that you wanted to live there. A real home which was ready to welcome you.



When we interviewed Rafaela and received her presentation for our project, we had no doubt this was the person to handle and guide staging and redecorating for this sale. That project was an estate sale. Rafaella took a ‘once attractive’ property and made it stellar. We assembled a great crew of professionals in the trades needed. Rafaella handled the coordination for the decorating incredibly well. I have twenty-five years experience as an engineering manager building Theaters and TV studios. I found Rafaela to be a consummate professional. The trade workers were delighted with her suggestions and participation. Designers that can elicit that kind of reaction are rare, believe me.



The final result was perfect. We received a full price offer the first day the house was listed, and the escrow closed in 30 days.



Our second project, now on the market, was also redecorated and staged by Rafaella. She designed the colors, new fixtures, appliances (where needed), and helped with all aspects of refurbishing. The results were the same — perfect. After just two weeks, we have accepted the second offer we received. In this plummeting market, I can’t think of a better recommendation.



Rafaela will save you money in the shopping process. She is works hard to stay in budget and is very open to suggestions and preferences of each customer. Staged Right always displays enthusiasm and energy that help make a trying process a real pleasure. The entire organization, including Steve Brescia and Michelle Harris, is consistently intelligent, careful, and friendly. The entire experience with Staged Right could not be better, including design, shopping, and construction. Once the preparations are complete, the staging itself is a pure pleasure to observe.



Finally, Rafaela’s photos of the completed staging are consistently some of the best pictures of the property, and we always use them in the flyers and web-site photos for the home.
