Bridlewood Winery

I was part of a group party that visited this Winery. The staff was not only rude but had no problem showing how irritated they were with our party. They had no problem at all serving our tastings or letting us purchase numerous of bottles of wine. After we spent our money, the staff then called the other wineries we had planned for our trip to tell them to not serve us. The best part is that when they sometimes identified themselves as Bridlewood Staff and other times they said they were part of our party.



Horrible. I'll never go back.

I would not recommend coming to this winery. The staff is rude and unresponsive. We called to file a complaint, was told a manager would call us back and never did. They called other wineries in the area, not even identifying themselves, and said not to let our group in their wineries. I go wine tasting quite frequently and will never go back to Bridlewood again or recommend them to anyone. There are many other "nicer" and friendlier wineries. 3 of them, which I highly recommended (Zaca Mesa, Rideau and Firestone) were so nice and could'nt believe how we were treated at Bridlewood. With all the choices there are in this area, this is one you must avoid.
