I was very pleased with my purchases I've built several adirondack chairs using their Ipe and Tigerwood decking materials. They were the only company that let me order smaller quantities most others I called had a minimum purchase.

This company is not worthy of one star. In fact I would give it a negative star if I could.



After I placed online order to with Advantage Lumber I went through three weeks of receiving false shipping information each time I called the NC warehouse. Each time I contacted them they told me the same exact thing: the order is going out today.

After the 5th contact, I gave up and requested to cancel the order and refund my credit card. To add insult to injuries, Neil at Advantage Lumber became rude and told me that they would charge me 6% processing fee for something that they never did. So I took the matter to AMEX for assistance.



This order was for $1,100.00. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My order number was 110114
