Poor communication and organization. It will take you twice as long to go through these guys... and at the end your paper work will still be wrong! Highly disappointed in the quality of service. Two stars, because, at some point I was eventually able to close...

I just completed my refy with core financial and Michael was very helpful in getting me a very low rate and no closing costs. Michael fought the entire time with home inspectors to ensure that they lived up to their part. I would highly recommend anyone looking to refy contact Michael he will fight to get you a good rate.

If anyone is looking to refinance their home as I did, or obtain a mortgage I recommend this company. I found this company by chance doing some internet research and was just about to close on a HARP 2.0 loan from Q Loans and cancelled my closing. I saved myself thousands of dollars with no out of pocket expense as opposed to the Q company. I worked with a gentleman named Michael Papish as well as Cheryl and Ron who were very professional and prompt with any calls I had. I did everything over the internet until closing when I visited our local realtor/ notary. I have a good friend who is also in the mortgage business with Bank of A and as with the company of my original loan, Wells F, who were not offering HARP loans. The bottom line, I saved lots of money with a fantastic interest rate, my experience was five stars, and you should call them before you commit to a home loan.
