Joto Japanese Restaurant

I go to a lot of sushi restaurants always looking for unique staff and food. Most places rush you and are skimpy on quality and portion for extremely high prices. We always come back here as our special choice. we are served with respect and greeted with a hug! We never make it to the habachi side and always eat at the bar with our favorite chefs Tadachi and Hung. They are funny down to earth and aim to please. Rest of the staff knows what to bring us to drink and are so sweet and what we do order off the cooked menu. Favorites are Volcano Roll, Baked Mussels, and Hamachi Toro. Kid eats California roll with no avacado or cucumber. Try the Kami sometime. it's not on the menus but its deep fried yellow tail cheek. Soooooo good but little pricey so we don't get it everytime just on special occasions. I could go on all day about the menu. I have tried almost everything once :)
