I wrote an earlier review about a rocker recliner that the leather was peeling off of. We kept that leather moisturized and now our sofa is doing the same thing. It is less than 3 years old and we have to dispose of it and buy a new sofa. My husband is ill and the last thing we can afford to do is replace a sofa every three years. Never again. Feel like dumping the sofa on their doorstep so others can see how bad it is.

serious,the delivery server was horrble,,3 times they sent me a table which i bouht with damaged,i just moved here,that makes me feld so sad.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Kane's. Jim helped me to furnish my entire house. His exceptional customer service will have me going back to Kane's every time I need a piece of furniture. Great quality and amazing customer service are rare these days. I highly recommend buying your furniture from this store, and Jim will take care of you.

QUALITY CONTROL

Never again will I or my family purchase anything from Savon/kanes furniture stores.And I hope others by reading of our dreadful experiance that they also may have second thoughts and be sure to read any small print if indeed there is any

to read.We purchased some furniture hutch,table chairs and it was a lovely set.We were promised delivery for christmas

after several tough phone calls a delivery was made .But what they deliverd was all damaged and put together wrongly

nothing matched up ie gaps in the furniture table would /could not open or extend and within 5 days most of the chairs coverings had split.They were sorry for what had happend and would send someone out to inspect this did take place

and we were informed it would all have to be replaced.Deliverys were made all of which were damaged/broken after 3/4

more deliverys we had said that enough is enough and that we would want them to remove thier furniture and return our money.they said that we were being picky about thier furniture.Unbelievable I informed them that if I had bought a new vehicle that it should be deliverd without any scratches/doors falling off and holes in it.I dont think that I am being unreasonable.I have asked for them to take all thier furniture away and return my money.Savon have said company policy is not to return money but to give me a credit note.Quite frankly With the experiance that we have just been through we just want our money back.Surley they must be in breach of contract by not delivering what we had purchased.This has been a very stressful time for myself and my family and if there are any lawers out there who thinks

that we have a case to sue please give me a call on 941 567 4375 Please no crank calls.
