Petco

Just had my cocker spaniel groomed there today! She looked great! Very happy with what they did and the service was very friendly.

I would definitely say STAY AWAY from Dawn at Petco. She groomed our dog twice and both times we were very unhappy with the results. Our dog was groomed improperly for his breed, and was messy, shaggy, and choppy looking! =(

We had given her/Petco another chance since they are close to us, but the second time resulted in her basically arguing with us when we finally expressed our dissatisfaction...her excuses were all over the place, from calling our dog "difficult:", to saying "he moved around allot" etc..IF THIS WERE TRUE, it would be the groomers job to be able to groom well despite a dog moving around, but we dont even believe this to be the case, as other groomers have always told us he was very easy to groom anyhow...bottom line is, Dawn, despite her best efforts CAN NOT GROOM WELL.

Go somewhere else if you want your beloved dog to look good!
