Yoder's Restaurant

Visited Sarasota area and ate at Yoder's two times. Both times enjoyed the great food and good friendly service. Expect a line to get in. Worth the wait.

Yoder's has great food that's always fresh. You will enjoy your visit. However, if you're looking for down-home authentic Amish cooking, you will not find it. These "Amish" restaurants have commercialized to the extent that they create standard dishes and desserts instead of sticking with the old wonderful recipes.

After reading positive online reviews that mentioned low prices, we had to try Yoder's. The atmosphere and menu are reminiscent of Cracker Barrel, but the food isn't as good.



If you like huge portions and lots of fat, sugar and salt, then you will probably enjoy Yoder's.

A WONDERFUL place for lunches and icecream.....The sandwiches are VERY FULL and the hard serve ice cream is out of this world....

There's a reason they were featured on the Food Network! Awesome pies and traditional down-home Amish cookin'! Who knew in the middle of Sarasota would be an Amish Gem like this!! You gotta go!
