Terrible customer service, found them to be dishonest in their dealings with me. They are quick to sell you things, but do not back them up. Regardless if its only for a day that you have the product. I would never spend another penny in their store, I hope they go out of business to save the average person from getting ripped off.

Don't bother to go to the store for parts they just tell you if they do stock it only the Ballston Spa store will have it but they will not call for you to see if they do so you spend half your day driving around for nothing.

Very unreliable-refused to replace defective patio tabletop. Refused to answer phone calls, failed to proceed with the manufacturer. Refused to answer inquiries from the Better Business Bureau. No one should do business with them. They clearly do not care about their customers or repeat business.Manager is untruthful,hard to reach and evasive.
