Pediatric Care
Nadia Tsai, is a Physical Therapist with more than 7 years of experience. She graduated with her Master's Degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2004. Nadia has practiced in numerous practice settings with a diverse patient population including pediatrics, neurology, geriatrics, and orthopedics. She shows a special interest in pediatrics with experience working in preschool and school settings, and with the early intervention program. Nadia has been with Spa Physical Therapy for 2 years.

Amy Dodd, PT, has been practicing a liscensed Physical Therapist for over 20 years. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College in 1991. Since that time she has been active in numerous PT settings with diverse groups of patients including orthopedics, geriatrics, neurology and wellness/prevention. Amy has been with Spa Physical Therapy for 14 years. She shows a special interest in balance training and using the McKenzie Method. Amy has helped design and teach wellness classes at our practice for patients with osteoporosis, as well as strengthening & wellness programs. She is the Clinical Coordinator of Clinical Education and a Clinical Instructor for our practice.

Christine I. Kobylar, PTA started her career as a physical therapist assistant after graduating in 1990 from Maria College in Albany, NY with an Associate in Applied Science degree. After working in various PT settings with diverse clientele, including geriatrics, orthopedics and adolescents in private practices and geriatric centers, Chris took time off to raise a family. Previously working at Spa Physical Therapy, PC for 7 years, Chris rejoined the practice in November 2010 to continue her career. Her command of massage therapy has been acknowledged by both her clients and peers and remains a special interest of hers. Her enthusiasm and compassion helps motivate her patients attain their PT goals.

Spa Physical Therapy, P.C. is a private general physical therapy office which serves the Northern Saratoga County population. We offer physical therapy services to patients with many diagnoses. Our staff is experienced in orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, neurologic as well as wellness physical therapy evaluation and program implementation. Services are provided in our office, at Prestwick Chase Senior Living Community and by contractual agreement at area schools and at patient’s homes.
