They made me an offer over the phone and said their tow truck driver would be in touch. Then they called me back 2 days later to inform me I was out of their Tow Truck drivers "range." This forced me to delay my move by 2 days since I had to find a new deal elsewhere at the last minute.

Never even answered my phone calls to either number listed (local and toll free) at 1130am on a Friday. Really??

I work with a company that is doing a nation wide recall and I have been working with Stefanie (mad cash 4 Cars) for about 2 months and all i can say is THANK GOD I FOUND HER. Picking up 347 cars across the nation in a 2 month time span is no easy task! She has been nothing but respectful and professional! Any time of day I need her she is always their.
